We will be kicking off our monthly 5-day 2022 challenge on the 10th of January and we expect it to be fun, versatile, and will help you reach your fitness goals for the new year!
What is the 5 Day 2022 Monthly Challenge?
Our next monthly challenge will be held on 10th January 2022 and will be organized similarly to the previous challenges. You'll do 4 x 10-12 reps of low to high-intensity exercises a week, plus a Facebook group where you can gain feedback and support to help you stay focused on your goals!
As a result of carefully considering all feedback received from our previous challenges, this year's challenge is likely to be the best yet.
Why Kick Start 2022?
In all honesty, 2021 had its ups and downs. While the world has been under lockdown at various times, it has been challenging to keep up with our physical and mental health. The 2022 monthly 5-day challenge is designed to keep you active, push you to go outside of your comfort zone, and build strong, healthy habits!
There is no reason for you to miss out on the 2022 monthly 5-day challenge since the workouts can be saved and you can do them at your own pace.
To ensure that you begin the new year feeling your best, we have added stretches to provide balance and a holistic approach to health and fitness. We know motivation is a myth, consistency is key, and fun is essential to maintain consistency. The monthly 5-day Challenge workouts are full of creativity and variation, so you'll never miss one (or want to miss one).
