February Partners Challenge


We will be kicking off another monthly 5-day partners challenge starting February 14th. We expect it to be fun, versatile, and will help you reach your fitness goals for the new year!

What is the 5 Day Partners Challenge?


Our next monthly challenge will begin on February 15 and will be organized similarly to the previous challenges. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to see the video demonstrations.


You and a partner will do 4 x 10-12 reps of low to high-intensity exercises a week. If you have yet to join the private Facebook group, this is an opportunity to gain feedback and support to help you stay focused on your goals!


Why Our Monthly Challenges?


We understand how difficult it is to be consistent or even motivated. Our monthly 5-day challenge will keep you active, push you out of your comfort zone, and help you develop healthy habits!


With the monthly 5-day challenge, you don't need to miss out on workouts since you can save them and do them at your own pace.


In order to provide balance to your health and fitness, we've added stretches to our program.


We know motivation is a myth, consistency is key, and fun is essential to maintain consistency.


The 5-Day Challenge workouts are full of creativity and variety, so you'll never want to miss one (or miss it).
